We seek to bring out and balance both the smooth and rich taste of sweet milky coffee and savoury creamy basque cheesecake together in this cheesecake layered on a digestives base. It goes perfectly with coffee or ice cream, or both!

Every cake is handmade with care by our chefs and may look slightly different from each other or the picture shown.
