Delivery / Self-collection Options
Weekday delivery is available at $12 (before GST). The delivery window for a weekday is 9am to 5pm. We are unable to promise a fixed delivery time frame on the delivery day that you have selected. Earliest delivery date will be at the next available weekday slot that you can select from the calendar during check-out.
If you are unable to choose from the calendar, the day’s delivery slots are already full. If you need delivery on the blocked day in the calendar, please choose Express Delivery for $26 (before GST). Please put your preferred delivery date in the Order Notes. Please note that we are unable to accept same-day delivery requests.
Weekend delivery is available at $22 (before GST). The delivery window for a weekend is 10am to 4pm. We are unable to promise a fixed delivery time frame on the delivery weekend that you have selected. If you are unable to choose from the calendar a weekend date, we are unable to cater to more deliveries for that weekend. Please opt for self-collection instead.
Self-collection is available at Millenia Walk, Takashimaya, Great World, or Funan between 12pm- 9pm, kindly place your orders at least 4 days in advance, i.e. Orders placed on Monday before 12pm can be collected earliest on Friday. Self-collection is not limited by the calendar dates, except the earliest you can select will be +4 days later. If your preferred date is unavailable for selection, please leave your preferred date in the Order Notes (right below the calendar).
Please select the correct shipping method during payment (according to your delivery date) to avoid any delays to your order processing. We will reach out to you via email to confirm your selected date. Please take note that a re-delivery fee will be applicable if a second delivery is required.
How should I store my food?
Many of our products are temperature sensitive in nature, thus it is advisable to ensure someone is present at your delivery location to receive and handle your orders promptly!
Ice-cream cakes and pints should be placed in a freezer immediately upon receiving, until ready to be served. Standard cakes, granola, sablés and chocolate bars should be stored in a cool, dry place.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
We typically do not accept any cancellations or refunds of orders once the order is placed and the payment is processed (including double orders by mistake). Although, on a case to case basis, if a refund is made, a charge of 4.5% will be imposed as the bank charges this amount upon every successful payment
Ice Cream Cakes
What are the ice cream cakes made of?
Our cakes are fully made with our artisanal ice cream, sitting on a thin layer of baked chocolate cake (contains gluten & eggs), and decorated with cream, chocolates, and other pastries.
Are the cakes gluten-free, egg-free or halal?
Our ice cream is gluten-free and egg-free, but the chocolate cake layer isn't. If this is a concern, we can customise a graham cracker base that is gluten and egg free for you at a surcharge with 9 days advanced notice. We do not use any alcohol or pork-based ingredients in any of our products.
Can I customise or change the ice cream flavour or add wordings or messages to the cake?
We provide complimentary message writing services for all cakes (max. 25 alphabets). If you would like to change the ice cream flavour or swop any decorative ingredients, we do charge a surcharge of $25 and the order has to be placed 9 days in advance. For other customisations such as themed decorations, we do them on a case by case basis with charges per cake starting from $199.
How should I store the ice cream cake?
You are strongly advised to place the cake in a freezer (-18 degrees celsius) immediately after collection to maintain the texture of the ice cream cake and to prevent it from melting. You are encouraged to take the cake out of the freezer 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into it, and not to re-freeze a melted cake.
What are the cakes made of?
Our standard cakes contain gluten, eggs, and dairy. We do not use any alcohol or pork-based ingredients in any of our products.
Can I customise or change the flavour or add wordings or messages to the cake?
We provide complimentary message writing services for all cakes (max. 25 alphabets). We do not provide customisation for standard cakes.
How should I store the cake?
If the cake is for consumption on the day, please leave the cake at room temperature. If you have to keep the cake in the refrigerator, please take the cake out from the refrigerator at least 45 minutes before consumption to allow the cake to defrost for a more ideal texture (if the cake is cold, it feels harder and dryer.)
