For our signature cakes with buttercream, you can leave the cake at room temperature if consuming on the same day. If you have to keep the cake in the refrigerator, please take the cake out from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature at least 2 hours before consumption to allow the cake to soften in texture (if the cake is cold, it feels harder and dryer.)
For our specialty cakes with fresh cream, keep the cakes chilled and you can serve right out from the fridge.
